The following constitutes PROSOLUTIONS SOFTWARE, INC.’s (“PSI,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) privacy policy for Our Paired mobile app service that applies to each end-user (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) of the Service.
 
THIS PRIVACY POLICY DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRIVACY POLICY OR PRACTICES OF THE SUBSCRIBER WHOSE NAME APPEARS ON THE MOBILE APPLICATION AND PROVIDES THE PERSONAL SERVICES AND/OR RETAIL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR BOOKING AND/OR PURCHASE WITHIN THE APPLICATION.
 
1. DEFINITIONS

“Service” means the Paired mobile and tablet software application, and all functions provided within that application, which is available in the Google and Apple app stores, respectively, under the name of the Subscriber that is providing, selling and/or advertising personal services and products to You, the end-user.

“Subscriber” means the business that uses the Services, personally branded with that business’s information including business name, contact, and logo to provide, advertise, and/or sell personal services and retail products to current and potential customers.
 
2. LOCATION SERVICES

PSI does not track your physical location by geolocation, beacon based location, or GPS location through Your use of the Service.
 
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

PSI collects and stores information about You whenever You use the Service. For example, when You create an account within the mobile app, We may ask for personal information such as your name, email, mailing address, and other information You may provide with Your account.

We also collect information about You when You interact with the Subscriber through the Service. For example, if You initiate a transaction with the Subscriber through the Service, such as booking an appointment, making a purchase, and/or communicating via chat, We may collect and store information about You, such as Your name, email, service booked, products purchased, chat transcript, and any other information You provide.
 
4. OTHER INFORMATION COLLECTED

PSI collects and stores information that your tablet or mobile device provides to Us in connection with your use of the Service, such as type of computer or mobile device, unique device identifier, IP Address, MAC address, and Your device’s operating system. We may also store usage data such as the date and time the application on Your device accesses Our servers, and what information and files have been downloaded to the application based on Your device number.
 
5. USING & SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

The personal and other information collected and stored by PSI is passed to the specific Subscriber that is named in your app. Please contact the Subscriber You interact with through the Service for more information on that Subscriber’s privacy practices.

PSI may use your personal and other information for the commercial purpose of, among other things, producing indices, statistics, summaries, and industry reports. The information contained in the commercial items produced will only be presented in an anonymous, aggregate manner and will not reveal Your personally identifying information.

PSI may use your personal and other information to send administrative information to You, for example, information regarding Our services and changes to Our terms, conditions, and policies.

PSI may use your personal and other information for business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, developing new products and services, enhancing, improving or modifying Our products and services, identifying usage trends, and operating and expanding Our business activities.

PSI may also use your personal and other information as necessary or appropriate: (a) under applicable law, including laws outside your country of residence; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside Your country of residence; (d) to enforce Our terms and conditions; (e) to protect Our operations or those of any of our affiliates; (f) to protect Our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, You or others; and (g) to allow Us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that We may sustain.
 
6. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

Our mobile applications may also send push notifications to Your mobile device. If You have previously consented to receiving push notifications and no longer wish to receive them, You can turn push notifications off at the device level. The applications may also request access to your device’s calendar application, camera, and microphone. If You have previously allowed access to Your device’s calendar and no longer wish to allow access, You may edit the application settings at the device level.
 
7. SECURITY

PSI maintains the Service and all associated data with technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect against loss, unauthorized access, destruction, misuse, modification and improper disclosure. Unfortunately, no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
