Functionality is full featured and easy for spa desk agents to begin using without any prior experience. Additionally their recurring membership billing software has been developed and then revised & adjusted over the past few years, to the point that it's now very stable & easy for our Spa Manager to bill our 300+ Spa members every month. The internet chat feature is especially useful, as they are quick to respond to a new chat session.
